Every night before Anna goes to bed, we sing a night night song.
We sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star each night.
When she does not want to go to bed yet, she gives you a BIG hug, and wants to sing MORE. When she is tired she listens and goes right to bed. Or is in bed, and holds your hand thru the side and then goes to sleep.
I always loved transition rituals to sleep with my children and have found they work well with her too!
